- SUPPORTER OF PROMOTION: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organisers") will run the promotion “CYBER MONDAY, 20% Purchase voucher on all your online purchase starting from RD$2,500.” (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be regulated by the rules set out in these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Terms and Conditions").

- GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND DURATION OF THE PROMOTION: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic for 24 hours from 00:00 to 23:59 on 27/11/2023 on the website www.IKEA.com.do and APP IKEA INSPIRE.
- PARTICIPANTS: All customers over 18 years of age who make and pay for their purchase online during the promotion period (excludes transport and assembly services) valid on the website www.IKEA.com.do and the IKEA INSPIRE APP, within the promotion period.
- DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION: Valid online/web only. All customers who purchase ONLINE, with no minimum order value, excluding transport and assembly services and opportunity items will receive 11% of their invoice value (in the form of a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA, to be delivered after the customer has made the corresponding payment. The customer will receive their voucher in an email sent to the email address registered when making the online purchase on the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The cheque can be redeemed between 1 to 31 December 2023.
- THE ORGANISERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of this promotion, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or in the IKEA Santo Domingo shop.
- PRIZE: One (1) Purchase voucher for twenty (20%) percent of the purchase amount as detailed in "5. Dynamics of the Promotion" (excludes shipping and assembly services and opportunity area items). By making an online purchase on the www.IKEA.com.do website or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher in an email sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase. The voucher can be redeemed in the period from 1 to 31 December 2023.

8.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents. The client exempts THE ORGANISERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.
8.2 Upon return of any of the items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the percent (20%) as applicable and specified in "point 5" of these terms and conditions, of the value of the returned item.
8.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made in exclusive WEB www.IKEA.com.do or IKEA INSPIRE promotions with no minimum purchase. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses, not specified, are fully responsibility of the customer.
8.4 Online purchase check promotions will generate a purchase check for a maximum amount of RD$30,000.
- PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to participate in this promotion will be included in a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.
- USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and for the research, advertising and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANISERS. Furthermore, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organisation except with the express consent of the participant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide, by THE ORGANISERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided that these relate solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANISERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to marketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.
- ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions and the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants so that the registered data can be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, they will be subject to common law. The terms and conditions will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force on the website www.ikea.com.do.
- GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are not allowed. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be accepted. THE ORGANISERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these terms and conditions.
