1. RESPONSIBLES FOR THE CONTEST: SARTONDOMINICANA, S.A.S ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the activity called "Let's Find the Easter Eggs" (hereinafter referred to as "the activity"), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Rules of the activity").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic, specifically in: IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Santiago, IKEA Bávaro, and IKEA La Romana.

4. PARTICIPANTS: Minors estimated between 5 to 12 years old, who have registered for the event on the estimated dates under the supervision of their Father or Legal Guardian.
5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.
Arrival of the children: Registered children will arrive at the selected store at the time of registration. An employee will confirm their arrival.
Registration and delivery of badges and baskets: Upon registration, they will be assigned a badge for identification and given a basket. This basket will be used later to collect Easter eggs.
Store tour: Children will take a normal tour of the store. At 6 specific points, identified with event signs and employees, they will receive Easter eggs with chocolates in their basket.
Activities in the Swedish store: After the tour, children will head to the Swedish store. Here they can complete drawings, face painting, and enjoy IKEA's Easter candy tastings.
Toasts and final activities: A toast with food and drinks will be held to conclude the activity. Children can enjoy a moment of togetherness and Easter celebration.
Conclusion: Once the toast and activities are finished, the activity will be considered concluded.

7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
The Easter eggs being collected may include sweets, candies, chocolates, and others, which may contain allergens, gluten, or other health-sensitive condiments that could trigger adverse reactions in sensitive individuals or those with known food allergies. Therefore, by participating in the event or activity, parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the minor and:
Parents or legal guardians undertake to actively supervise and monitor the foods their children consume during and outside the event.
In the event that their child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, it is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to take necessary measures to avoid any health risks to the child or mitigate the risk by 100%, prioritizing the health and safety of the child at all times.
Precautions and Actions in Case of Emergency: In the event of a health-related emergency, parents or legal guardians undertake to act quickly and appropriately, following the protocols established by their family doctor and the recommendations of the organizer and their duty personnel available at the event.
By agreeing to participate in the "Let's Find the Easter Eggs" event, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and accept the responsibility described above, thereby ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for all participants.
8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to participate in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. Check the privacy policy and data protection at www.ikea.com.do where you can exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition.
9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this activity will not be disclosed to any other organization without the express consent of the participant. Participants, in the event of winning, automatically consent by participating in this promotion to the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related only to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the participant for this, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months, starting from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to relaciones.publicas@ikea.com.do declining their consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the event implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid in the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar registration will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the activity those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these bases.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This activity is governed by the current legislation in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
